Reservation of the Holiday Apartment
Dear guests, thank you for your interest in our holiday apartment. If you would like further information or wish to send a non-binding reservation request, you can reach us via the contact form below:
We then check the requested period, send you a cost estimate and reserve the period for you for 24 hours. You can check the availability of the accommodation yourself via the following link:
Deposit and payment
- Your reservation becomes valid once you have transferred a deposit of 30% of the total price to us. Further information about the deposit will be sent by email immediately after we receive your reservation request.
- Please pay the remaining amount (70%) in cash or transfer it before arrival.
Cancellation
- Cancellation 21 days before arrival or earlier Cancellation without complications. You will receive the transferred amounts back.
- Cancellation between 0 and 21 days before arrival The deposit (30%) is retained. We ask for your understanding.
Important
- Smoking inside the premises is not permitted We kindly ask you to smoke on the balcony.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed
- Parties are not allowed either
- Please do not exceed the permitted number of guests (max. 6 people) Only guests registered with the host may stay overnight.
- We do not accept credit or debit cards Please pay in cash or by online transfer. The local tax is paid in cash on site (more on that below).
- Check-in from 3:00 pm
- Check-out until 9:30 am

- Bed linen, towels and tea towels
- Use of all amenities: Equipment of the holiday apartment
- Final cleaning of the apartment

Not included in the price
- The local tax On top of the price comes the local tax: €2.50 per person/day from age 14, payable in cash. This tax is transferred to the municipality of Ritten and serves to maintain local infrastructure. More information: Ritten local tax.
- We do not offer catering services such as breakfast or similar.
